Step 1 | Choose your unit and payment term

Choose condo unit/s you wish to purchase. This is after you have browsed some information from this website and have communicated with us concerning a specific condominium project. 

We will prepare computation based on your desired unit. You may also request for special payment term. 

Step 2 | Sign the reservation forms

Once we verified the availability of your desired unit and you have decided on the payment term, you may now accomplish the reservation forms.

You are then requested to send the forms with your signature through email attachment (kindly email to: manilacondostore@gmail.com).

Step 3 | Pay reservation fee

For Local Buyers
  • Cash or Check or Credit card

Step 4 Submission of requirements

To complete your reservation, the following documents must be submitted within thirty (30) days.

  • Duly filled-out and signed original Client Registration Form and Reservation Agreement
  • Scanned copy or photocopy of passport or any valid government issued IDs with signature (for all names appearing in the Reservation Forms & Contract)
  • Proof of Billing
  • TIN ID / latest ITR / verified BIR Form 1904
  • Marriage Certificate (if married)

Step 5 Contract to Sell (CTS)

The Contract To Sell will be processed once you submitted all the necessary documents to DMCI Homes. When you receive the original documents and after reading and affixing your signatures on the contract, you are requested to send them back to DMCI Homes seven (7) after receipt.


After receiving the signed original contracts from you, these documents will be handed over to DMCI Homes who will affix their signature/s and then have these documents notarized by a lawyer. You can then expect to receive a copy of the notarized contract.

Step 6 Down payment 

Prepare to pay your monthly amortization according to the date and amount of your schedule of payment through post dated checks.

  • If reservation date is from 1st-7th of the month, down payment will start on the 7th of the succeeding month and every month thereafter. 
  • If reservation date is from 8th-15th of the month, down payment will start on the 15th of the succeeding month and every month thereafter. 
  • If reservation date is from 16th-22nd of the month, down payment will start on the 22nd of the succeeding month and every month thereafter. 
  • If reservation date is from 23rd-31st of the month, down payment will start on the 30th of the succeeding month and every month thereafter. 

Step 7 Financing

Turnover balance is payable through lump sum, in-house financing or external financing-commercial bank. We will personally assist you in securing home loan approval. Click here to learn more »

Step 8 Unit turnover

When the full payment has been cleared, you will be issued a Notice of Acceptance. You will then be endorsed to Buyers Turnover Personnel so you can inspect your unit.
